York Peppermint Martini Ingredients:- 2 oz Van Gogh Mojito Mint Vodka- 1 oz Kahlua- 2 oz Godiva White ChocolateShake vodka and Godiva White Chocolate liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice until cold. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Sink Kahlua into the bottom of the glass slowly. (Cocktail created by Roe Ali)

Bailey’s Chocolate Mint Liqueur 
Irish Mist liqueur
Heavy whipping cream
Expresso Vodka
Cranberry-Mint cocktail

2  cups  fresh mint leaves
4  cups  boiling water
2  cups  cranberries
1  cup  sugar
3/4  cup  limoncello (see Notes)
1 1/2  cups  vodka
2  tablespoons  freshly squeezed lemon juice
12  mint sprigs
1. Put mint leaves in a large heatproof bowl. Pour boiling water over mint and let steep 10 minutes. Strain into a pitcher or another bowl and let the mint tea cool to room temperature.
2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring cranberries, sugar, and 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Strain the cranberry syrup into another pitcher or bowl.
3. For each cocktail, combine 1/3 cup mint tea, 2 tbsp. cranberry syrup, 1 tbsp. limoncello, 2 tbsp. vodka, and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice in a cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Green Tea Mint Julep Ingredients:- 1 1/2 oz of Charbay Green Tea vodka- 1 oz of simple syrup- sprite- 3 lemon wedges- 8 mint leavesMuddle 3 lemon wedges with mint leaves. Pour green tea vodka, simple syrup and shake. Strain into highball glass over ice. Top with sprite. Garnish with mint leaves. 
Stoli Mint-ini

Ingredients Per Cocktail

2 parts Stoli Blakberi

1 part fresh cucumber juice

Splash of simple syrup

Mint leaves to taste and for garnish

Muddle mint leaves and shake ingredients over ice. Strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with sprig of mint and thin slices of cucumber.

Mint Bailey’s Chocolate Martini

Ingredients (makes one cocktail):

1/2 oz vodka1 1/2 oz mint Baileys irish cream1/2 oz Godiva white chocolate liqueurChocolate syrupIceMint leaf for garnish

Chill martini glass by placing ice in empty glass and let stand. Mix mint Baileys irish cream, vodka, and Godiva white chocolate liqueur over ice in a shaker. Shake well or until frost develops on outside of metal shaker.
Remove ice from chilled martini glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup along the inside edges of the chilled martini glass. Strain cocktail from shaker into chilled martini glass and garnish with a mint leaf. Enjoy.
